Terms & Conditions

  • You should hold a valid Passport with a minimum of six months’ validity from the date of travel.

  • For 70 years and above of age, an additional amount will be collected towards Travel Insurance.

  • The cost of this tour will be per person on a TWIN sharing basis. The tour is for 10Nights/11Days, Jordan, Israel, Palestine, and Egypt.

  • If you prefer to stay in a single room, an additional amount will have to be paid. 

  • Differently-abled people will not be in a position to join this tour as they need to walk long distances to visit each monument.

  • The cost of the tour is inclusive of all charges except your personal expenses. 

  • The climate will be warm. Hence you are advised to carry summer clothing. 

  • You are advised to carry all diagnostic and medication reports and medicines if you are suffering from any illness. 

  • The first and last page of your passport along with a passport size photograph is required while you register with us.

Important Guidelines

  • Two boarding pass will be issued up to Muscat, according to the Kuwait Airways / Oman Airways in which you are traveling and second boarding pass for Amman. Passengers are informed to keep the Amman boarding pass safely with them.

  • To and fro, E-ticket should be kept safely.

  • Keep your passport in a handbag while boarding at Chennai. Don’t leave the passport in the counter or hand over to any stranger.

  • Baggage tag to be received and fixed at the backside of the ticket, to be produced at Amman and Chennai airport.

  • Punctuality should be strictly maintained and every morning you are advised to assemble 10 minutes before the scheduled tour departure time. Also do a report after each site visit, on time.

  • Carry a plastic mug, as toilets in all the three countries usually don’t provide it, and only tissue paper is available.

  • Listen to the narration given in all important spots by your Tour leader/Pastor and then clear your doubts if you any.

  • Carry a Bible, devotional songbook, prayer book, etc.

  • Never forget to take with you a Universal Electronic Adapter to charge your mobiles, digital cameras, etc. because the nature of electronic plugs varies across different countries.

  • Always look for the Team Leader/ the Tour Guide and obey their instructions, as they are the “reliable shepherds” of our tour program and their knowledge and experience will help you and each and every member of the team to make a peaceful, easy and memorable pilgrimage.

  • Carry water bottles and fill them with water from the designated taps hotel.

  • Do not carry meat/fish items inside the bus.

  • Do not throw snacks, empty water bottles inside the bus.

  • Paper and other waste materials to be put in the dust bin available inside the bus.

  • Carry your passport, wallet, gold, or any valuable items in your handbag and do not leave them on the bus or hotel.

  • We advise you to hold a foreign exchange with bills of the transaction along with the passport.

  • Room Key to be kept safely with you or hand it over to the receptionist when leaving In case you lose the Hotel room Key, you will have to pay a fine… Do not consume any hot/cold drinks or snacks from the fridge. This will be charged extra and is very costly.

  • Take your shower by standing inside the bathtub and pull the curtain so that water does not flow into the room and wet the carpet. You will be fined for wetting the carpet and the room will start giving bad odor. This is not good for your health.

Itinerary

Day 1Mumbai/Delhi to Amman (Jordan)

Assemble at Delhi/Mumbai International Airports and departs to Amman, Jordan. Upon arrival at Amman, after finishing all visa formalities, our tour starts Immediately

We proceed to Mount Nebo (Mt. Nebo is presumed to be the site of Moses’s death and burial place. Where the prophet Moses was given a view of the Promised Land that God was giving to the Israelites. According to the final chapter of Deuteronomy 34: 1, “And Moses went up from the plains of Moab to Mount Nebo the top of Pisgah which is opposite Jericho…” We spend some time here meditate the readings from the Old Testament and then proceed to the hotel.

Day 2Amman to Israel

Now it is time to say goodbye to the Prophet Moses’ land and enter Israel, we say the Holy Land and by all means, it is true! After breakfast, we will be crossing the border of Jordan to Israel through Sheikh Hussein, Border. After crossing the border we go to Mount Tabor. Mount Tabor is first mentioned in the book of Joshua chapter 19:22. Mount Tabor is significant in the New Testament where the transfiguration of Jesus took place.

After lunch, we go to Nazareth, the childhood home of our Lord Jesus and according to the Gospel of Luke chapter 1:26, Nazareth was the home village of Joseph and Mary and also the site of the Annunciation (when Mary was told by the angel Gabriel that she would bear the Son of God Jesus as her son). Nazareth is now the center of Christian Pilgrimage with many shrines commemorating biblical events. Check in to hotel, dinner and overnight stay at Nazareth/ Tiberius.

Day 3Cana/Sea of Galilee–Capernaum–Jordan River–Nazareth Haifa / Mt. Carmel / Joppa (Tel Aviv) / Bethlehem

After breakfast, we visit Cana where Jesus performed His first Public Miracle (John 2:1-11) by turning of water into wine at a wedding feast. We continue to Visit Mt.of Beatitudes where Jesus delivered his first sermon. We continue to Tabgha, the site of the multiplication of loaves & fishes. We visit St. Peter’s house, the Church of Primacy of Peter, and the place where Jesus bestowed St. Peter with His authority (Matthew 16-19). This is believed to be the place where Jesus dined with His disciples.

We continue to Capernaum that is considered to be the home of Apostles Simon Peter, Andrew, James, and John as well as the tax collector, Mathew. We make a brief halt at after having St Peter’s fish with the lunch we proceed to the Sea of Galilee which is the largest freshwater lake in Israel. After the boat ride, we will drive around the Sea of Galilee to the Jordan River Baptismal site where we will have the opportunity of renewing our baptism vows. Check in to hotel, dinner and overnight stay at Bethlehem.

Day 4Mt. Carmel/Haifa/Bethlehem

After breakfast Mt. Carmel. Ella Valley, City tour Haifa Drive to Bethlehem and have dinner, Over Night stay at Hotel

 

Day 5Mt. Olive, Chapel of Ascension, Church of Pastor Noster, Dominius Felvit. Church of Agony

After breakfast, we go to the Mount of Olives where the Chapel of Ascension is situated which commemorates the ascent of Jesus to Heaven. The Church of Pater Noster where according to tradition, lays the cave where Jesus brought his disciples and spoke to them about the mystery of the end. It is also believed to be the place; Jesus gave the Lord’s Prayer to his disciples (Matt 6:9-13).

Then we go to the Palm Sunday Road where Jesus makes a triumphant entry to Jerusalem – an event mentioned in four Canonical Gospels. (Mathew 21:1-11, Mark 11:1-11, Luke 19:28-40, John 12: 12-19), then we stop at the Chapel of Dominus Flevit, where Jesus wept over the imminent destruction of Jerusalem (Luke 19:41- 44). The chapel is built in the shape of a tear as a reminder to this event. and from there walk down the Palm Road to Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus prayed while Judas betrayed him to Roman’s.

Day 6Ein Karem /Bethesda Pool / Via Dolorosa / Church of the Holy Sepulcher

After breakfast, we drive to visit Ein Karem and see the birthplace and Church of St John the Baptist and the Church of the Visitation. Then we continue to the Crusader Church of St. Anne, a traditional site of the birthplace of Anne (Hannah) the mother of Mary, is an excellent example of Romanesque Architecture. We visit Bethesda Pool where Jesus healed a paralytic (John 5:1-18).

Then we continue Via Dolorosa (Way of Grief) (Mark 15:1-47), traditionally accepted as the last route trodden by Jesus. Follow the 14 Stations of the Cross to Golgotha, the place where Jesus was crucified marking significant events along the route. We will see the Pilate’s Judgment hall; the Chapel of the Flagellation where, according to tradition, the Roman soldiers scourged Jesus and placed a crown of thorns on His Head.

Day 7Western Wall/City of David/ Last Supper/ Mt. Of Temptation/ Dead Sea/ Qumran/ Taba

After Breakfast proceeds to Western Wall/ City Of David/ Last Supper Hall. We go to Mount of Temptation where Jesus being tempted by satan (Mathew 4:1-11). It is generally identified with Mount Qurantania and Jebel Quarantul, both names arise from the mispronunciation of the Latin word Quarentena, meaning 40, the number of days in Christ’s fast in the desert. Later we pass through the Sycamore tree where Zacheus sat (Luke 19:1-10). We go to the Dead Sea, which is the lowest elevation point on earth’s surface (1388 ft below from the sea level). On the way, the shores of the Dead Sea view Qumran, the caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Proceed to Taba border. We will meet our representative upon our arrival at the border and after immigration and visa formalities we start our journey by road in the land of Moses. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Taba/ St. Katherine

Day 8Taba (Israel) – Sinai (Egypt)

After breakfast this morning we drive to visit the famous Mt. Sinai (Exodus 19) where Moses received the Ten Commandments from GOD. Visit the famous St. Katharine Monastery at the foot of Mt. Sinai where we visit the Moses Well and the ever famous Burning Bush (Exodus 3:1-6), a tree of its kind in the whole world. Take an opportunity to pray and click memorable snaps with the Burning bush.

 

Day 9Cairo

After breakfast and proceed to Cairo. On the way to Cairo, we will see where Moses fed the people with Manna from Heaven. The Place of Marah Has lunch at Restaurant. En route to Cairo, we cross the famous Suez Canal. Check in to the Hotel refresh ourselves and visit board a cruise at River Nile and dinner on board. Enjoy the shows onboard. Overnight stay in Hotel in Cairo.

Day 10Cairo

After breakfast we visit the famous Egyptian Museum, Later we proceed to Old Cairo, where we visit an important church Holy Family lived during their stay in Egypt. After lunch, we visit the shops of Egyptian Perfumes, Papyrus paper, Egyptian souvenirs, and Egyptian cotton. Pyramids of Giza, one of the only existing Wonders of the Ancient World. Take an opportunity to click snaps with the ever famous Pyramids. We then visit the statue of Sphinx located nearby the Pyramids. After this, we are transferred to the airport for our flight back home.
